CHORF was set up by family and friends in memory of Christopher Hardman (aged 15) who lost his life to Osteosarcoma  (a rare form of Bone Cancer which affects teenagers) in October 2004.

Various events have taken place to raise funds to research Osteosarcoma in the hope that one day, we might find a cure and prevent other teenagers losing their lives from this deadly disease.  CHORF has raised in excess of  £150,000.00 since it was founded in 2004 and as a result of our fundraising, we are pleased to confirm that medical research is now underway. We work in partnership with www.bonecancerresearch.org.uk.

GOLF DAY – FRIDAY 1^st  JUNE 2012

Wallasey Golf Club, Bayswater Road, Wallasey, Wirral,

CH45 8LA

(2006 British Open Qualifying Course)

·         (four man) teams with shotgun start at 1.00 pm;

·        Soup and sandwiches at noon followed by team and individual competition;

The 12^th Hole Par 3

·        A “HOLE IN ONE” has kindly been sponsored by Two Mills Honda so everyone has a chance of winning Honda’s latest model the £19,000 Honda CR-Z Hybrid 1.5 IMA Sport!

·        Also prizes for hole in one on the 5^th/9^th/16^th including a £750 set of Callaway Irons, a £500 short golf break and a £1,500 golf holiday. Nearest the pin prizes on all Par 3’s plus longest drive prize on the 17^th.

·        Following the competition, dinner and prize giving will be at 7.00 pm hosted by  Brookside Star and TV and Radio Comedian, Vince Earl.

·        Evening ends with auction and raffle.
